Requirement Traceability Matrix

This is a template of requirement traceability matrix which is used to trace the business requirements across phases and deliverables in a project.

It is very important that we dont miss any requirement during any phase of the project and for that purpose we need to track it across the phases like FS, Design, Coding, Testing - system integration, Test - User acceptance.

This is a proven method to make sure we trace the requirement and avoid any surprises at the end of the project.
