PMO Setup Guide lists out step by step process of setting up a PMO function in your organization or for a programme. It has details how to prepare pmo charter (with a live document), how to prepare a pmo brief, pmo setup plan. It discusses various templates which you would need to create. It is very appropriate for someone who start a PMO from beginning.
