Deliverable Review Template

The deliverable review template can be used to capture reviewer comments. It can be used to capture

• Code review comments
• Test case review comments
• Design review comments
• Architecture review comments,etc.,

Each review comment can be addressed by the team and fix them and mark it to closure.

It is a useful tool for the project manager/team to pull out some metrics on the quality of review or the quality of the deliverable.
