Based on numerous discussions with fellow project managers, I have listed a top 5 excuses project managers give to justify a project failure. In case you have heard anything different or add on, please leave a comment in this space.

2. Resource constraint
3. Time constraint

My dear
It is really wonderful essay but I think if the project manager excuse is scope, Time , and budget. This is may backfire on him since the project manager is assigned to manage these triple constraint.
I believe Points 1, and 2 are the same as
1. Requirement is not clear leads to 5. Scope not defined or incomplete.
