Please Help With Ms Project 2003 Questions ?

I have a project broken into phases. Each phase must complete by a certain date. I have approximately 30 tasks with start to start dependencies the link to each phase. In addition there are some task that have multiple dependencies. Is it best to enter milestone dates and then make the dependencies?

   The dependencies might push you past the milestones. Enter them first.

   Simplfy your plan, have a look at Critcal Chain Project Management. Planning for me has become a lot easier since I switched over a few years ago. The biggest difficultly is selling the concept to Boards, Sponsors etc.
