What are your 2010 PM goals?

I wish you all a great 2010.

I would like to share with you what I have done well in 2009 and what I could have done well in 2009 in my PM career.

Things have gone well in 2009

a. Got good credibility with my client and have tasted success in my current job role.

b. Got PRINCE2 Certification and learnt a new PM methodology

c. Learnt Agile/Scrum model

d. Started PMTools and contributed to the PM community.

e. Engaged more in LinkedIN and made many worthwhile connections.

f. Learned Vedic Secret and shared with many people too.

g. Became more goal/vision focused.

h. Became a brand among my friends

i. Learnt Mind Mapping, Mind Programming techniques and implemented them in job/life.

Things I shall do well in 2010

a. Contribute to PM community with a unique tool (probably iPhone based)

b. Become a brand among PM community

c. Expand my horizon into programme management.
